Once the order has been shipped, EMTHAW JEWELRY is no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate situation where the package is damaged, delayed, or lost, please reach out to the delivery carrier (USPS or etc) with the tracking number.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for every order within the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer affordable flat rate international shipping from $6 to $10 depending on the country.

Certain countries will not consistently update the tracking information once the package leaves the United States.

The customer is responsible for paying the customs/duties/taxes.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 days after purchase.

For United States orders, orders will typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

For international orders, orders will typically arrive within 1-3 weeks due to possible delays in customs.

Due to Covid-19 or during the holiday seasons, USPS could take longer to deliver your order. You are able to track your order and see the status of your package.

WILL I RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

Yes, after placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you will receive another email that includes the tracking number.
